I started with Pure Gold in 1995 at the Southern Pines Location. I worked as a floor man and bartender, I then asked to work at the Pure Gold in Cary, NC. I worked at both locations for a while doing everything from bathroom valet to parking cars. Finally, I went full time in Cary running the lunches Monday through Friday. In 2005 I was promoted to assistant manager and pretty much have been here every since. I pride myself on being a very proactive manager by fixing situations before they become problems. I continue to develop my leadership skills through listening and observation. |
